1. MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate Program?

The MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate Program allows you to make money when you help your clients integrate MyStoreRewards into their ecommerce store. Our program pays you for educating your clients about MyStoreRewards and for ensuring the implementation to run MyStoreRewards is simple for your clients. Then, when your client websites use MyStoreRewards, we pay you a commission equal to 20% of the net revenue your clients pay MyStoreRewards.

How do we join the MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate Program?

First, read these FAQs, download and sign our Hosting Affiliate Agreement and complete your registration at www.MyStoreRewards.com/msrco/registerAffiliate.htm. Upon completing your forms you will be contacted by one of our technical staff. We will request that you provide us with a free account on your hosting site where we can create a store front for test purposes to properly integrate MyStoreRewards into that test store. We will then create an installation guide for all stores on your hosting service and we will add your hosting service to our sign-on page. If you offer osCommerce, CRE Loaded or Zen Cart, it generally takes a day or two for our team to create a store front and document any unique installation issues. If you have a proprietary hosted store solution, our team will work with you to provide your end users with a simple integration process, such as a one-click-add, for adding MyStoreRewards to their store.

Once you are activated, you can access our marketing materials to begin promoting MyStoreRewards to your hosted store front end-users. At launch, we require that you send a dedicated email to all your end-users once per month for three months, and then once per quarter thereafter.

Once you are activated ALL store fronts identifying themselves as hosted with your service are tracked. You earn a commissions equal to 20% of your client's net-paid fees for the duration of your agreement.

How does the Affiliate Program work?

Our Hosting Affiliate Program allows you to make money while helping your clients make money from increased repeat sales driven by the MyStoreRewards buyer loyalty program. You do this by introducing the program to your clients and ensuring that those clients can easily install MyStoreRewards in their existing checkout flow. Our goal is to limit installation time for the end user to less than 15 minutes. MyStoreRewards is truly the simplest rewards program on earth.

Every time your client registers with MyStoreRewards, they are asked to identify their store hosting service. By identifying you during sign-up, we can properly credit you with a 20% share of all fees we collect from all your clients. NOTE: we do not pay just on clients that click a link or just on clients who go to a specific landing page – all your clients will immediately qualify for your commissions.

Every time your client pays us a fee over the following 24 months, you earn a commission. We send you a quarterly email report of all commissions you earn and we deposit your earned commissions into the PayPal account you provide us at sign-up or via check to you. You must have at least 20 new sign-ups per quarter to continue to qualify for commissions.

Does it cost us anything to become a MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate?

It's absolutely free to join our Hosting Affiliate Program. There's no charge to apply. You earn commissions after twenty unique seller accounts have registered under your Hosting Affiliate name.

Are developers outside the United States eligible for the Hosting Affiliate Program?

Of course! We welcome MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliates from any country. We have sellers in over 28 countries around the globe and we will be launching international language support over time. We currently support English at this time.

How many installations must we have before we receive commissions as a Hosting Affiliate?

You must have at least twenty client installations operating and paying MyStoreRewards to receive commissions as a Hosting Affiliate. We track and report the progress of each of your client sites separately, even though you'll be paid with a single commission payment.

Is our own website eligible for the Hosting Affiliate Program?

No. You cannot be paid commissions for any fees paid to us from your own website.

What are our responsibilities as a MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate?

You are responsible for working with out technical team to ensure that your client's MyStoreRewards program is properly integrated into the end-user's checkout flow. When you sign-up, our technical team will create a test store and integrate MyStoreRewards into the store. This will allow us to streamline the installation for your particular hosting store offerings.
As a Hosting Affiliate, MyStoreRewards may request your assistance in resolving any technical support issues with your client.

Whom do we contact if we have questions about the program?

How do I manage my account information?

Once you have joined the MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate Program, you will be provided access to the MyStoreRewards Hosting Affiliate website to interface and modify your account information.

How do we get the marketing materials to share with our clients?

You can log into your account at www.MyStoreRewards.com and download the marketing materials that will help you explain the MyStoreRewards program to your clients. The material is simple and self-explanatory. It includes a short pdf deck and links to a video about MyStoreRewards. We also provide marketing emails for you to use to promote MyStoreRewards during the first three months after you activate and samples to be used each quarter thereafter.

How do we get the modules to help install MyStoreRewards on our client's site?

When your client completes registration, the appropriate module data is sent to the client via email. You will also receive a copy of the email if your Hosting Affiliate ID is associated with the newly registered account.

Sales and commission

How much can we earn?

After you are properly activated, we pay Hosting Affiliates a commission equal to 20% of all the net-cash payments received by store sites who register and identify the Hosting Affiliate as their hosting service.

In terms of expected revenue, it is important to note that every store seller's business is different. In addition, our fees are completely pay-for-performance and we are required to prove our results to store sellers before we bill them. This includes proving we increase the seller's repeat sales to at least 110% of non-opted-in buyers and proving we get every buyer's voluntary email opt-in permission. Therefore, your commission can vary significantly based on actual seller results.

However, as a point of reference and assuming we meet our Proven Sales fee levels for our sellers, our monthly fees range, on average, from $7.00 to $22.00 per month. 20% of those fees would yield affiliate revenue equal to approximately $1.40 to $4.40 per month per account.

How do we know how much commission we've earned?

Every quarter we will send you an email report showing all your associated seller's activity including commissions you have earned along with a payment for your shares. You can also log into your account at any time to view your most recently recorded account activity.

When will we receive our commission payment?

Commission payments are processed at the end of each quarter. Commissions are paid into your registered PayPal account by the end of the following month for the previous quarter's balance, provided the minimum payment threshold has been met.

Do I earn commissions on my own website?
No. You may not earn commissions for any store site in which you have an ownership position or for which you are employed. The Hosting Affiliate Program was established to reward Hosting Services for promoting MyStoreRewards through relationships with their current hosted store site clients. As such, Hosting Affiliates may not earn commissions as a Hosting Affiliate for any site where they currently work as an employee, or for any site in which they have partial ownership. Doing so is a violation of the Hosting Affiliate user agreement and will result in the immediate termination of the Hosting Affiliate agreement resulting in the forfeit of any and all commissions earned or to be earned for the terminated Hosting Affiliate.

Why must we have twenty active accounts to receive our commission?

The Hosting Affiliate Program was established to encourage Hosting Services to spread the use of MyStoreRewards through relationships with current and past website store clients. We established twenty active accounts as a minimum requirement to receive commissions for two reasons. First, we want Hosting Affiliates to reach out to all their clients. Second, we also require this because it becomes economically unsupportable to provide the level of technical and billing support for Hosting Affiliates with less than 20 active store sites.

Who handles customer service issues for our client's use of MyStoreRewards?

MyStoreRewards will generally handle all customer service issues with your client. If we find an unusual customer support issue for one of your clients we reserve the right to contact you for your assistance in resolving the issue. However, we anticipate such incidents will be minimal.

How will MyStoreRewards know that the Hosting Affiliate commission should go to us?

At registration, all your clients are asked to identify the hosting service they use for their store front. Once your Hosting Affiliate ID is associated with a client account, we automatically credit your account with commissions for that client over the term of your agreement.
