On January 1, 2004, we upgraded our system to version 2.0, and we released the current version of MyStoreRewards on May 1, 2006. During that time, we have handled millions of sale transactions working with online sellers from over 23 countries around the globe. Our largest seller does tens of millions in sales, and our smallest seller does less than $10,000. Over our history, we've built a solid reputation with our customers and with industry thought leaders and we are known for creating innovative services that help drive sales.
We are most proud of our success in driving repeat sales for our sellers through MyStoreRewards. On average, our sellers tell us we double the repeat purchase rates for buyers in their MyStoreRewards program. It is nice to work somewhere that makes an impact and we look to continually improve business results for our sellers.
MyStoreRewards is operated by MyStoreCredit, Inc., a registered as a Delaware Corporation, with headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC.
The company was started by a few people who initially focused on the eBay marketplace. Brian Lawe is our president and has led our strategic direction since the beginning. Brian worked in strategic planning and marketing for several large corporations such as American Airlines, The New York Times Company and IBM before taking the leap to launch MyStoreRewards. The company currently employs seven full and part-time people.
Brian recruited two of IBMs top web-application programmers to launch the early versions of MyStoreRewards. Subsequently, the company expanded our development and design resources so we now operate with top talent in the US and abroad. Antoine Hall, our VP of client services, oversees the management of our customer service and the development of new and existing services.
MyStoreRewards has also been fortunate to assemble a group of investors with extensive experience in new media, technology, direct marketing, strategic planning and advertising.
